The Protection Plus Kits (PPK) add an extra 4 years of protection to the water heater by physically adding an extra anode rod to the heater. This ProTech® Protection Plus Kit contains six single PPK kits that contains a Protection Plus anode with attached heat trap nipple, reducer bushing, 6 inch heat trap nipple and Protection Plus tank label.
*Only compatible with 6-year and 8-year tank type heaters
